Warranty

R&R Holsters offers a one-year warranty to support the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products. The warranty provides coverage for one year from the original purchase date for the original owner. If you encounter a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will either repair or replace the product.

We kindly request that you consider that all products are handmade and may have minor imperfections. Similar to most handmade items, these imperfections contribute to the unique character of the product. If you believe that these imperfections are excessive, we will be happy to repair or replace the item. Custom orders for items not in stock will be exchanged for another item of the same value. We always strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you find that you are not satisfied within the initial 45 days of your online purchase, you may return the item to us in like-new condition. We will gladly accept your return and proceed with a refund or exchange. Please note that the sale of all limited edition products, engraved, printed, branded, stamped, personalized, customized items, and all bulk orders are considered final and non-refundable.

Please complete the return authorization form on the back of your original packing slip. If you do not have the original form, you can download it here.

STEP 2

STEP 3

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to R&R Holsters. R&R Holsters will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item to the customer. It is strongly recommended to utilize a shipping service with a tracking number.
