R&R Holsters products have a one year warranty: we stand behind the legendary quality and craftsmanship of all our products. Our warranty covers our products for the one year from the date of purchase for the original owner. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product.

We ask that you keep in mind that all products are crafted by hand and might contain some slight imperfections. Like most hand crafted products, the slight imperfections are what add character to an already awesome product. If you feel that these imperfections are excessive, we will repair or replace the item. Custom orders of un-stocked items will be exchanged for another item of equal value. We always do our best to keep our customers satisfied.


If you are not satisfied within the first 45 days of your online purchase, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will happily accept your return and process a refund or exchange. The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been engraved, printed, branded, stamped, personalized (etc.), customized and all bulk orders are final and non-refundable.

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.

Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to R&R Holsters. R&R Holsters will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item to the customer. We strongly recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.
