If you believe that these imperfections are excessive, we will be happy to repair or replace the item. Custom orders for items not in stock will be exchanged for another item of the same value. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you find that you are not satisfied within the initial 45 days of your online purchase, you may return the item to us in like-new condition. We will gladly accept your return and proceed with a refund or exchange. Please note that the sale of all limited edition products, engraved, printed, branded, stamped, personalized, customized items, and all bulk orders are considered final and non-refundable.

Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to R&R Holsters. R&R Holsters will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item to the customer. It is strongly recommended to utilize a shipping service with a tracking number.
